CONTENTS
In the ‘Technical Logistics’ lecture, participants learn the comprehensive basics of technical logistics solutions in the areas of storage, order picking and conveying.
The course takes place as a lecture at the Institute of Technical Logistics and includes numerous demonstrations on logistics exhibits at the institute. Theoretical content from the subjects of maths, technical mechanics and design are taken up and applied.
The lecture comprises three components: Conveying, Storage and Picking.
Student practice groups are offered as tutorials to provide support.
The examination is a written test.
Previous knowledge of mathematics and technical mechanics is required. Further knowledge of physics and construction is helpful.
