he Institute of Logistics Engineering at Hamburg University of Technology was founded in 2016.T

The focus of the institute is on engineering topics in logistics. We see the field of research and teaching primarily in technical topics of intralogistics.

The goals of the Institute of Logistics Engineering are to research and develop intralogistics solutions and trends and to train the necessary specialists in technical logistics topics.

Applied research, practice-oriented teaching and the transfer of knowledge with companies are at the heart of the implementation of our tasks.

ASSOCIATIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS

Through our membership, we are networked with representatives from business, science and politics.

The exchange and cooperation with the organizations and associations offers us a dialogue with (inter)national networks of experts and decision-makers, personal exchange and networking opportunities at events and collaborations between association and organization partners.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

The Institute of Logistics Engineering has extensive technical equipment. Details of a selection of these can be found on the following pages.
