data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\">Digitale Bauwerksdatenmodellierung \u2013 <em>Building Information Modeling<\/em> (BIM) \u2013 beschreibt eine Methode der vernetzten Planung, Ausf\u00fchrung und Bewirtschaftung von Geb\u00e4uden und anderen Bauwerken mithilfe von Software. Building Information Modeling findet Anwendung sowohl im Bauwesen zur Bauplanung und Bauausf\u00fchrung (Architektur, Ingenieurwesen, Haustechnik, Tiefbau, St\u00e4dtebau, Eisenbahnbau, Stra\u00dfenbau, Wasserbau, Geotechnik) als auch im Facility Management.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\">Alle relevanten Informationen eines Geb\u00e4udes werden zusammengefasst und w\u00e4hrend des Baus oder nach Umbau- und Renovierungsarbeiten zur Begutachtung des Ist- und Soll-Zustandes (As-built-Zustand\/ As-planned-Zustand) genutzt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\">Der As-build-Zustand wird mit dem Einsatz von 3D-Sensoren, wie z.B. Laserscannern aufgenommen. Die Aufbereitung dieser 3D-Messdaten als auch die Aktualisierung der BMI-Modelle erfolgt manuell.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\">Das Projektziel ist es, Software zu pr\u00fcfen, mit der relevante Messdaten automatisiert extrahiert und verarbeitet werden , um die aufwendige, manuelle Aufbereitung zu vermeiden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\">Das Institut f\u00fcr Technische Logistik zusammen mit der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hamburg.de\/bsw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Beh\u00f6rde f\u00fcr Stadtentwicklung und Wohnen <\/a>untersucht, ob das Facility Management (FM) des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hamburg.de\/bsw\/kontakt\/135420\/abh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">staatlichen Hochbaus <\/a>in Hamburg im Bereich der Technischen Geb\u00e4udeausstattung durch den Einsatz von 3D Daten unterst\u00fctzt werden kann.<\/p>\n<p class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" style=\"text-align: left;\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\">Zun\u00e4chst wird eine Ist-Analyse erstellt, um die Anforderungen der 3D-Objekterkennung bzw. 3D-Sensorik zu erhalten.
