Das Forschungsprojekt geht davon aus, dass Kommunen eine zentrale, aktive und steuernde Rolle bei der Einf\u00fchrung von neuen Mobilit\u00e4tsangeboten einnehmen k\u00f6nnen, auch wenn sie privatwirtschaftlich angeboten werden.
