Im US-amerikanischen Raum finden \u00fcberwiegend die Begriffe Carrots und Sticks Anwendung. W\u00e4hrend mit Carrots (Pull) Menschen zu attraktiven Angeboten hingezogen werden sollen, dienen Sticks (Push) dazu, Menschen von bisher genutzten Verkehrsmitteln in Richtung der Alternativen zu dr\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im asiatischen Kontext wird teilweise der Ansatz des Push-Pull-Mooring-Frameworks genutzt. Dieser Ansatz ist auf die Migrationsforschung zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, um das Wechselverhalten von B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrgern vom privaten Kfz hin zu nachhaltiger Mobilit\u00e4t zu erkl\u00e4ren. Dabei wird in Push-, Pull- und Mooring-Faktoren unterschieden. Push-Faktoren werden dabei als negative Eigenschaften der Nutzung des privaten Kfz beschrieben, Pull-Faktoren beschreiben hingegen Eigenschaften, die potenziell zur Nutzung des \u00d6PNV f\u00fchren und Mooring-Faktoren k\u00f6nnen verschiedene individuelle Charakteristika der Verkehrsteilnehmerinnen und -teilnehmer sein.
