Would you like to become part of the Kniffelix community?
At Kniffelix, you can not only discover exciting experiments and puzzles – you can also join in yourself!

Note: Kniffelix has changed a bit since this video was made. The colors look different now, and “Solve tricky everyday puzzles” is now called “Missions.” You also won’t always find the community tasks right away in the overview. Sometimes they don’t appear in the missions until later.
What are community tasks?
Many posts include what we call “community challenges.” There, you can share your ideas, report on your experiments, or upload photos you’ve taken yourself.
Of course, you can also complete the challenges without uploading anything. But if you’d like to participate through our website, we look forward to your comments and contributions.
To ensure that everyone can safely solve puzzles, experiment, and discuss together, we have a few simple community rules.
Where can you find the community tasks?
You’ll find community tasks throughout the missions. Sometimes they’re linked directly in the mission overview, and sometimes they only appear once you’re inside a mission. You can recognize them by their orange background and by the fact that Felix is shown sitting next to a laptop. Click either the button or the word “Community” to access the respective task. There, you can interact with the Kniffelix team and others in the community—for example, by writing comments or uploading photos.

How do I leave a comment?
To share your thoughts, you can write a comment under the community task. In the “Nickname” field, you can choose a name that will appear with your comment. You can also leave the field blank or simply use “Anonymous.” This keeps your personal information private. Never reveal your real name online. In the “Comment” field, you can write a message or upload photos. When you’re done, click “Submit Comment.”

Why doesn’t my comment appear right away?
Don’t be surprised if your comment doesn’t appear online right away. All comments are reviewed by the Kniffelix team before they’re published. This can sometimes take a while. This is how we make sure no one is insulted or abused and that everyone enjoys the blog. Feel free to read through our rules in more detail. Then there’s nothing standing in the way of your comment being published.
