Felix has a lightbulb moment

Ketchup behaves differently than water, even though it is also a liquid. It is a so-called non-Newtonian fluid, to which Newton’s descriptions do not apply. These stated that the more force is applied to liquids, the faster they flow.

How do non-Newtonian fluids behave? We want to find out in a series of experiments.
