What does the path into science look like? What experiences do people have in the STEM field, and what do they take away from it? Here we collect written interviews with people who have had different experiences in the natural sciences. Whether at the beginning of their journey, in the middle of their professional lives, or with many years of experience – they talk about their personal impressions, their decisions, and the experiences they have gathered along the way. This format is still under development. Currently, there are only two interviews, but more reports will be added gradually. Over time, this will create a collection of different perspectives that provide insights into the diverse possibilities and paths in the STEM field.
